The Firm has developed expertise in the electricity sector. We were retained as External Legal Counsel and Corporation Secretary to the Uganda Electricity Board prior to the unbundling into separate Generation, Distribution and Transmission Entities.The practice advises on:

OIL AND GAS

The Oil and Gas practice is concerned with the exploration, production, refining and transportation of Oil and Associated Gas discovered in Uganda’s Albertine Graben.
